Inside the Residences

To save energy and natural resources, the interiors of the residences have water conserving plumbing fixtures, Energy Star appliances, efficient lighting, and are extremely well insulated and sealed.  To create a healthy indoor living environment, all paints and stains are low-VOC, all exhaust fans vent directly to the exterior, and radon vents are installed in every building.

Community Amenities

Amenities for the residents use include a community building with computer room, fitness center, large gathering room, and laundry facilities; in addition to open lawns, a playground, and a community garden.  Grills, picnic tables, and bike racks are also scattered throughout the site to encourage outdoor activity and socialization.

Many of the units are fully accessible or adaptable  for the handicapped.
